Still minor things, but almost done

Yes it's done. The last few days I took the time to proceed in refining some stuff. Fixed plenty of bugs, which somehow were there but didn't showed up, only when you speedrun the game.

- many bugfixes
- fixed the bug not disappearing when using teleport
- localization fixes
- spelling / grammar fixed
- expanded the game a bit with another map
- you can now  finish chapter 1
- house getting build a bit more quicker
- included some resting options which costs "real life time"
- added more skills
- dozen of new people in the town - the more you conquer the cave, the more people are coming
